Shop recommendations

Does anyone have any Seattle area recommendations for body/paint, interior
and mechanical work?  Looking for somebody other than Bel Red Mustang to
get some estimates from.  Primarily need body prep and paint, rear end and
tranny and potentially seat recovering.
