Water Pump

I have a 67 Mustang that I am putting a 71 302 motor in.  However, when I got
the water pump I noticed that the outlet now comes out on the driver side not
the passenger side.  My question is can I use a water pump from a 68 or a
different year ?  The problem is the outlet from the radiator is one the
passenger side.  Is there a hose that will hook this watrepum up and go to the
other side without having a bend that will restrict the flow ?  I am still
going to use the stock radiator, except i will have it redone and add a 3rd
core. I am just trying to find out what my options are to cure this little
problem.
