As crazy as it may sound, I personally leave my 67 completely open with the top down whenever I'm parked to avoid a broken window or knifed topped. In fact, I've noticed on two occasions that someone has been in my vehicle looking for loot, however, I've yet to suffer from any damage. Of course, I've also installed a hidden kill switch, a removable radio face plate and a removable steering wheel. I store any valuables in the trunk. Also, I'm selective what events I attend, where I park and how long I'm away from the vehicle. My next install will be an alarm that has perimeter protection and dials my cell phone on activation. It sounds like a lot to go through, but we all know how much more attention our classics are gathering these days and how expensive and difficult repairs can be. His ability has been dodging and giving fake answers until the extension time of 45days after transaction date to file a claim with paypal is expired. He NEVER gave me any shipping details because he NEVER shipped parts..he still doesn't answer emails and probably doesn't care about what can do a customer from Italy..I'd like to know if there are means to force him to ship parts or refund money or whatever to take care of this situation someway. After many months of me, 2 different professional mechanics, I'm about to get the brakes to work. All I have left to do is replace one of the rear calipers that is defective and buy and install a vacuum pump for the power brake booster. It took me several trips to the parts store to have new brake lines made because the ones that DF brakes sent all had bad flairs and leaked like a sieve. I was told by Gregg that the rear calipers were from a 1988 Cadillac Eldorado, after several trips to the parts store and many hours of frustration we came to find out that the calipers were not from a 88 but a 85 Cadillac. I've talked to Gregg many times and basically get the same smart Alick answers, like it's a piece of cake, you don't know what you are doing, your mechanics don't know what they are doing, etc. When my parts arrived it was done with 3 different shipments from different places. I never received a parts list as to what these parts were even though I asked more than once. All and all I've spent over $2000.00 and still have more to spend. How can a company like this stay in business??? I have missed most of the summer because of this terrible mistake I made by purchasing this piece of CRAP kit from DIRECT FIT BRAKES!!!! His ability has been dodging and giving fake answers until the extension time of 45days after transaction date to file a claim with paypal is expired. He NEVER gave me any shipping details because he NEVER shipped parts..he still doesn't answer emails and probably doesn't care about what can do a customer from Italy..I'd like to know if there are means to force him to ship parts or refund money or whatever to take care of this situation someway. Greg Perry has had a number of name changes for his company both on Ebay and websites. Greg Perry, listing this current BBB report, has demonstrated exactly what has been said. He does not respond to complaints. Greg Perry registered as a business only after complaints to the Arizona's AG office. Greg Perry has sold junk cars on Ebay, resold junk parts on Ebay at high mark-ups, and basically sells junk. If Greg Perry has a new refund policy, I am sure Mr. Benedetti will tell us about it. His ability has been dodging and giving fake answers until the extension time of 45days after transaction date to file a claim with paypal is expired. He NEVER gave me any shipping details because he NEVER shipped parts..he still doesn't answer emails and probably doesn't care about what can do a customer from Italy..I'd like to know if there are means to force him to ship parts or refund money or whatever to take care of this situation someway.
