I found the 2nd relay. It had a nipple on it and was attached to the in part of the dash between the headlight switch and the instrument cluster. The hazard relay is the easy one to see and reach. First guess would be that this is the problem. If it isn't, second guess would be the turn signal switch. You have to remove the steering wheel to get at that, but the last time I checked, the part was still available at NAPA stores. Once it starts flaking, it can come off all over the bumper. It is like a very thin clearcoat. If you have the nickel attached, which is most common, when it comes of there is nothing left on the old bumpers but steel. This is because of the way the power train is mounted. You will need either a different intake, or a beveled spacer under the carb. You may also have issues with the rear trans mount, and driveshaft length, as well as yoke spline shaft size. This was all discussed recently in this venue, I believe.
